We will be setting some activities for you to tackle, but feel free to add in your own challenges…you may even win a prize for the most creative idea! There will be medals available for some activities, but the rest are just for fun. Please send in any photos or videos of your Virtual Sports Day to year3@dunraven.org.uk.

Full details will be on Friday’s Blog, which will go live on Thursday afternoon.

Assessment Week
Details of all the assessment that you can try are on yesterday’s blog post here.

Here is some information showing you how to upload your writing task to the website No More Marking.  This website will allow year 3 teachers to read and assess work in one place.

  1. Take a photo of the writing (preferably cropped and high quality to make it as legible as possible).  You can also scan it if you have access to a scanner.
  2. Go to this site here to upload the photo
  3. Input your details following the screens shown below:

Write the first chapter of a story with the title:

Escape The Lost Pyramid

Include description, dialogue and action.

Don’t forget to use paragraphs to organise your work.

You don’t have to tell the whole story; start in the action and finish the chapter with a cliffhanger!
